Beautiful and strong, the Jack Richeson Best Halley Easel will tilt into a table for gessoing, varnishing, or watercolor work. It will tilt forward for pastel artists to allow the pastel dust to fall from the work surface. Plus, the Halley has a multitude of height and tilt settings for the oil, acrylic, or airbrush artist. Will hold canvases up to 80" high vertical or 82” horizontal. The base measures 24”x27”. At it's most compact this easel measures 54” while at it's most extended it reaches 84”. When used as a table this easel is 36” high. The self leveling tray/palette features a melamine paint mixing surface with a small stainless steel cup for solvents, etc. The top, bottom, & middle painting trays have rubber grips to keep canvas secure. This easel is shipped partially assembled.
