Brett Osborn is an artist and educator who spent his formative years working in Los Angeles during the transition from Modernism to Postmodernism. He is the author of the book Time and Nothingness: An Age of Simulacra and Juxtaposition. A transparent look at Postmodernism and the Polycontemporary Age. His artwork has been featured in New American Paintings, Arts and Antiques, and the Los Angeles Times. He is a full time faculty professor at SCAD and he frequently exhibits his work at Besharat Gallery and Kai Lin Gallery.
