Lokta pinto-walnut 20x30in
Availability: In stock
Two softly blended earthtone colors are used to create this unique, Pinto patterned paper. Handmade from the "Nepal paper plant", called the Daphne shrub or Lokta bush, this bush completely regenerates in about 4 years after being cut to about 6" from the ground. The cultivation of this "tree free" paper is an eco friendly resource and a reliable revenue stream for the village artisans of Nepal's rural and urban areas. Awesome for use as a book or journal cover, or for home decor and artwork such as collage.
