If you have any trouble printing your list, please contact the Education Office. Copies of your lists are also available in the store at the register.

Cancellations or Changes
While we strive to fill every program, The Art School at BINDERSTM reserves the right to cancel or change the dates and times of any class/workshop or lecture/demo for any reason. We will make every effort to notify students of cancellations at least 24 hours before the first scheduled course date.
If a class/workshop or lecture is cancelled by The Art School at BINDERSTM for any reason, a full refund of tuition paid will be issued. BINDERSTM is not responsible for any fees incurred from pre-arranged travel expenses.
In cases of inclement weather, faculty absence or any other unforeseen event where a program would be canceled, The Art School at BINDERSTM will make every effort to reschedule based on availability of teacher and classroom, though it is not a guarantee.
Refunds/ Withdrawals
Any student wanting to withdraw from a class/workshop or lecture must notify the Education Office directly. A full refund will be given to a student who withdraws before 10 business days (M-F 9am-4pm from the start date of the class/workshop or lecture). **Exceptions may apply if noted on course description**
A partial refund will be given up to 5 business days (M-F 9am-4pm) before the first class/workshop or lecture date. A partial refund is defined as; ½ of the course fee less a $25.00 administration fee per class/workshop or lecture. Example: Course fee=$140
$140-$70 (½ course fee)-$25 (admin fee) = your refund $45
No refunds will be given beyond the final registration deadline (5 business days M-F 9am-4pm before start date). Contracts with the instructors are finalized and based on the number of students registered at that time.
In the event that we bring in an Artist from another state or country, the class/workshop or lecture fee may only be refundable if someone can fill your position. In these cases, this will be stated in the class/workshop or lecture information as posted on the website or catalog.
NO SHOWS: It will be assumed that you have withdrawn or forfeited your spot if you miss the first two classes without properly notifying the instructor or the Education Office at least 24 hours in advanced. There is no refund in this event.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned tender for tender; i.e. if you paid by credit card or debit, you are refunded by credit or debit. Cash and check transactions are refunded by check. Please allow 2 weeks for refunds by check.
