Artisan Pnting Med H2O 75ml (884955013250) This medium thins the consistency of Artisan water-soluble oil colors and aids fine detail work. It also improves the flow and wetting of the colors. It dries slowly to a flexible film and is good for oiling out sunken oils from bottom layers of paintings.
