Indian Floral Grn (722559039422)

Although the base of this paper is machine made, the design is hand printed with a rubber based ink to create a "raised" finish. A colored tint in a herringbone pattern is then applied only to the background areas surrounding the design. The inside of the floral motif remains uncolored and sheer, for a stunning dimensional result. Occasional overlaps of the printed areas add to the charm of the hand printing.
